We prioritize standardized packaging and rigorous pre-shipment inspections to ensure all bag products are well-protected and delivered in prime condition. Our team strives to provide stable, transparent and reliable cross-border shipping services for every customer.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed bag orders will undergo inspection, sorting, packaging and outbound arrangement within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and Hong Kong statutory public holidays do not count as working days and will pause all order processing procedures.
Order processing cycles may be moderately prolonged during large promotion events and order volume surges. In the event of obvious abnormal delays, we will deliver email notifications to customers promptly to update the latest order processing status.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders are calculated based on package specifications, product weight and international shipping destinations. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment finalization.
The standard shipping time for all our daily bag products is fixed at 15 business days after shipment completion. All delivery durations are reference values only, and the actual arrival time depends on real-time logistics conditions.
Multiple uncontrollable external factors including logistics carrier scheduling changes, cross-border customs clearance progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday suspensions may lead to delivery delays, for which we do not assume relevant responsibilities.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is successfully dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and dedicated logistics query entrance.
Logistics tracking information cannot be updated synchronously immediately after shipment. It normally takes 24 to 72 hours for the system to complete data synchronization, after which customers can check real-time package transit status normally.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers shall fill in accurate, complete and valid recipient information including detailed shipping address and effective contact number during order placement. Please double-check all information to avoid delivery errors caused by incorrect information.
HAUFAI FOK shall not be liable for misdelivery, delivery failure or package return caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. All additional reshipping expenses generated by address-induced package returns shall be borne by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package tracking information is stagnant or the package is verified lost during transportation, please submit a consultation application via our official email within 3 days after the expected delivery date, and we will launch a full logistics investigation.
Daily bags may suffer packaging damage, surface abrasion, fabric wrinkling or structural damage during long-distance cross-border transportation. If you receive damaged products, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after receipt, and provide complete clear photos of the outer package and damaged product details. We will assess the situation and provide a reasonable after-sales solution as soon as possible.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

Every casual bag sold in our store is equipped with exclusive professional care instructions, covering daily usage norms, cleaning methods, dust prevention, moisture-proof storage and daily maintenance skills.
HAUFAI FOK is not responsible for product fading, deformation, fabric damage, structural failure and shortened service life caused by improper cleaning, private disassembly and modification, violent use, inappropriate storage and other human improper use behaviors.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All cross-border shipments of daily bags need to comply with the import supervision regulations and customs management policies of the destination country or region. Import duties, customs inspection fees and other miscellaneous taxes may be charged during customs clearance.
All customs-related fees are independently borne by the customer and are not included in the product price and shipping cost. We will not be responsible for package detention, forced return or confiscation caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import regulations.
